Para la realización de la obra a que se refiere el artículo anterior destinase la suma de setenta mil pesos ($ 70.000), que se apropiará en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. Queda autorizado el Gobierno Nacional para abrir los créditos y efectuar los traslados más convenientes, si la partida no figura en el Presupuesto.
