Examen inicial por médico general . Salvo los casos de urgencia previsto en el Artículo 123 de este Decreto, todo paciente debe ser examinado inicialmente por un médico general, antes de recurrir a los servicios de especialistas. Se exceptúan de esta norma las pacientes que requieren consulta especializada de ginecología y obstetricia.
