La Federación Nacional de Arroceros rendirá anualmente las cuentas correspondientes por el recaudo e inversión de la cuota de fomento arrocero, a la Contraloría General de la República. Artículo 6°. Esta Ley regirá en la forma prevista en el artículo primero.
