Alcance.Las disposiciones de la presente sección se aplican en todo el territorio nacional a las personas naturales o jurídicas que importen, produzcan o comercialicen neveras en el territorio nacional y gestionen la sustitución de neveras de uso doméstico para la refrigeración y/o congelación de alimentos. También será aplicable a todos los adquirentes de neveras nuevas pertenecientes a un hogar cuya vivienda sea de estrato 1, 2 o 3, de conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral 3 del artículo 468-1 del Estatuto Tributario.
