° Autorízase al Banco de la República para firmar solidariamente con Acerías Paz del Rio, S.A., pagarés de deuda externa destinados a completar el valor de las instalaciones y equipos adquiridos por Acerías Paz del Rio, S.A., para la construcción de la Planta y de sus dependencias, hasta por la cantidad de un millón trescientos mil dólares estadounidenses (US$ 1.300.000 en los términos y condiciones que dicha sociedad tiene convenidos con las entidades acreedoras.
