Bajo la denominación de encomiendas, podrán cambiarse por correo entre los Estados signatarios objetos en paquetes cerrados cuyo peso no exceda de tres kilogramos, ni sus dimensiones de sesenta centímetros, ni su volumen de veinte decímetros cúbicos.
