Acceso A Las Interconexiones Internacionales De Gas Natural

Acceso a las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural. Los propietarios y/o transportadores en las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural están en la obligación de dar acceso a otros Agentes que requieran de dicha infraestructura para efectuar Intercambios Comerciales Internacionales de Gas, siempre y cuando, ello sea técnica y económicamente viable.

Parágrafo 1

Las condiciones técnicas y económicas para el acceso a la Interconexión Internacional de Gas Natural serán acordadas libremente entre las partes.

Parágrafo 2

Cuando las partes no lleguen a un acuerdo sobre el acceso a dicha infraestructura el asunto se someterá a la decisión del MME o de la CREG, según sus competencias.
