La contribución Parafiscal para la Promoción del Turismo, creada por el artículo 40 de la Ley 300 de 1996 a cargo de las entidades prestadoras de servicio allí señaladas, se destinará a fortalecer la competitividad, la promoción y el mercadeo nacional e internacional del turismo.
