Art. 2.° Toda reunión popular que se verifique sin el requisito expresado en el artículo anterior, ya se llame meeting ó bien se le dé otro nombre, será considerada, para los efectos legales, asonada ó tumulto, y la autoridad pública procederá á cumplir el requerimiento de que trata el artículo 223 del Código Penal y á imponer las demás sanciones que el mismo Código señala. Comuníquese y publíquese.
