Anualmente el Tribunal Disciplinario elegirá doce (12) conjueces que deberán reunir los requisitos para ser Magistrados del mismo, y tendrán como funciones reemplazar a los Magistrados legalmente impedidos y dirimir los empates que ocurran en la votación de los proyectos de providencia.
