Art. 314. Si la causa se siguiere contra dos ó más reos, y la injusticia cometida por el Jurado y declarada por el Juez no los comprendiere á todos, éste sentenciará en el mismo acto á los reos respecto de quienes no haya declaración de injusticia notoria. La sentencia dictada se ejecutará, si se ejecutoría, sin aguardar el resultado de la declaración de injusticia notoria.
