Artículo único. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 849 y 855 del Código Militar, concédese á los Sres. General Dolcey Patiño y Margarita Sinisterra de Patiño, padres legítimos del Capitán Tomas Patiño, una recompensa de mil pesos ($1.000), pagaderos del Tesoro nacional.
