º Designación. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva que actúen como delegados de los Ministerios del Despacho, deberán ser funcionarios de sus correspondientes reparticiones administrativas o de organismos adscritos o vinculados a las mismas, pero en ningún caso la designación podrá hacerse por un lapso mayor de dos años, y siempre que el delegado conserve su condición de funcionario público de la respectiva repartición, pero podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente.
