°. Del paz y salvo a los recaudadores . La entidad administradora del Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola, expedirá a favor del recaudador, de la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola el paz y salvo por el período correspondiente, una vez haya acreditado su consignación en el Fondo.
