º . Sesiones del Consejo Decisorio del Fondo. El Consejo Decisorio del Fondo deberá reunirse ordinariamente por lo menos una vez cada seis (6) meses previa convocatoria del Ministro del Medio Ambiente y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocado por la Secretaría del Fondo, a solicitud de cualquiera de sus miembros. El Consejo Decisorio del Fondo podrá deliberar con la presencia mínimo de tres de sus miembros y sus decisiones se tomarán por la mayoría absoluta de los asistentes.
