Para que la noticia de un vicio en el instrumento o en el título de la persona que lo negocia se entienda recibida, es necesario que aquél con quien se negocia el instrumento haya tenido conocimiento del vicio o de los hechos tales que el recibido por él del instrumento equivalga a mala fe.
