° Las empresas de teléfonos someterán á la aprobación del Gobierno los nombramientos de los empleados encargados del manejo de las estaciones centrales de que trata el artículo anterior. El Gobierno podrá exigir, en cualquier tiempo, el cambio de estos empleados, por razones de orden público.
