En desarrollo de la Ley 1324 de 2009 el Instituto Colombiano para la Evaluación de la Educación (Icfes) durante la vigencia 2017, incorporará a su presupuesto los excedentes financieros de que disponga a 31 de diciembre de 2016, y los destinará al financiamiento o cofinanciamiento prioritario de las pruebas Saber 3°, 5° y 9°, pruebas para ascenso y reubicación en el Escalafón docente y pruebas para el concurso docente.
