LIMITE DE APORTES. Ninguna persona natural podrá tener mas del 20% de los aportes sociales de la precooperativa y ninguna persona jurídica más del 40% de los mismos. En los estatutos de la precooperativa para los casos en los cuales la Entidad promotora sea asociada deberán contemplarse los mecanismos para disminuir gradualmente su participación porcentual en los aportes sociales.
