Facúltase al Gobierno para que elabore un programa de conmemoración del centenario de la muerte del General José María Córdoba, que corresponda a la solemnidad del acontecimiento que se recuerda.

El 17 de octubre de 1929, fecha de ese centenario, se declara día de fiesta oficial.

Parágrafo

Para el cumplimiento del programa de que se habla en la parte anterior, se destina la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60,000), que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de gastos de la presente vigencia.
