La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros comprará las calidades inferiores de café a que se refiere el artículo anterior, a razón de $8 el saco de café trillado, de 62 ½ kilos, pero de esta suma solo entregará al vendedor $6, reteniendo los $2 restantes, que deberán llevarse en cuenta especial, que se aplicará íntegramente a la campaña de sanidad rural, de acuerdo con la misma Ley.
