En lo sucesivo, el pago de la participación a que esta Ley se refiere no estará sujeto a condición alguna de inversión. Pero los Municipios productores de oro y platino tendrán derecho a una participación del treinta por ciento sobre el monto de la participación correspondiente al respectivo Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría, distribuida en proporción a sus aportes o producción.
