Presentación ded sobordos o manifiestos de carga . Los agentes marítimos de los buques nacionales y extranjeros que transporten carga general o a granel de importación o exportación deberán remitir a la Dirección General Marítima dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha de arribo o zarpe del buque, una copia del respectivo sobordo o manifiesto de carga presentado a la aduana y sellado por ésta.
