Art. 1º Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para introducir a los Resguardos de Aduanas y Salinas todas las modificaciones que estime convenientes para el mejor servicio público, pudiendo aumentar el personal de aquellos Resguardos y asignar a los nuevos empleados el sueldo correspondiente, el cual no excederá del que hoy disfrutan los empleados de los mismos Resguardos respectivamente.
