El empleado encargado del manejo de los fondos de esta Caja que les dé una inversión diferente del objeto á que están destinados, pagará una multa igual al doble de la suma invertida indebidamente, sin perjuicio de reintegrar ésta con los intereses correspondientes á la rata comercial.
