Notificación y trámite de los recursos. La notificación de las providencias sancionatorias y el trámite de los recursos, se ceñirán a lo dispuesto en el decreto que reglamenta el funcionamiento de las juntas, según lo dispone el Decreto 2621 de 1979. Durante la apelación no se podrán practicar nuevas pruebas, sino recibir o apreciar aquellas que decretadas en la primera instancia no fueron practicadas, o tenidas en cuenta por haberse allegado en forma extemporánea.
