El Presidente de la Compañía autónomamente podrá crear, mediante resolución y de conformidad con la estructura interna, necesidades del servicio, planes y programas de desarrollo institucional, las gerencias de área y grupos internos de trabajo que se requieran en las dependencias de la casa matriz y gerencias regionales y sucursales y, determinar sus funciones, para optimizar el funcionamiento de la Entidad.
