° Muerte del trabajador. En caso de muerte del trabajador, la entrega de las sumas que conforme a las disposiciones de este decreto se encuentren a favor en el Fondo, se hará directamente a las personas que señala el artículo 204 literal e), del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, mediante el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 212 del mismo estatuto.
