En virtud de la autonomía que le es propia a las Instituciones de Educación Superior la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia, UNAD, podrá celebrar contratos o convenios con Instituciones Públicas o Privadas, Nacionales o Extranjeras de cualquier orden o categoría para el cumplimiento de su misión, fines y funciones.
