Si la medida de seguridad impuesta fuere la libertad vigilada, se procederá según las normas generales que rigen la materia, excepto cuando se trate de menores de catorce años que no estén moralmente abandonados, en cuyo caso se exigirá la caución de que trátale inciso 1o del artículo 69 del Código Penal.
