Artículo único. Derógase en todas sus partes el Decreto 1500 bis de abril 30 de 1947. El Gobierno procederá a la mayor brevedad a dictar la reglamentación de que trata e artículo 5.° de la Ley 27 de 1946. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
