Art. 208. El esportador que despache en la Aduana de Cartajena o de Tolú un buque para cargar en el puerto de Zispata, pagará el sueldo correspendiente al cabo o guarda que lleve a bordo por los dias que emplee en la ida, carga i regreso. Si el buque no volviere a Cartajena o Tolú, sino que de Zispata deba seguir para el estranjero, se calcularán de dos a cuatro dias como término para el regreso de dichos

empleados. Esta suma pagada por el esportador se abonará al cabo o guarda, ademas del sueldo a que tiene derecho conforme al título de sueldos de este Código.
