º El comité a que se refiere el artículo anterior, estará adscrito al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República y continuará ejerciendo las funciones previstas en el artículo 5º del Decreto 1933 de 1981. El Fondo Nacional de Proyectos de Desarrollo, FONADE, desempeñará las actividades de Secretaría Técnica y Administrativa del referido comité.
