Los Fondos de Empleados, podrán asociarse por decisión del órgano estatutario competente con entidades de otro carácter jurídico, a condición de que dicha asociación sea necesaria para el cumplimiento de su objeto social y que con ella no se desvirtúe ni su propósito de servicio, ni el carácter no lucrativo de sus actividades.
