Articulo 5º La retención en la fuente sobre pagos o abonos en cuenta por concepto de servicios de administración de edificios organizados en propiedad horizontal o condominios, no se regirá por lo previsto en el Decreto 2026 de 1983, cuando dichos pagos se realicen a la junta o comunidad de propietarios encargada de la administración del edificio.
