El asegurador será responsable por las pérdidas sucesivas aún en el caso de que el monto total de ellas exceda la cantidad asegurada, salvo estipulación en contrario.

En cuanto una pérdida parcial no reparada o indemnizada anteceda a una pérdida total, el asegurado sólo podrá reclamar con respecto a la pérdida total.
