Artículo primero. Estará exenta de derecho de aduana y adicionales, la importación de vehículos automotores destinados a institutos culturales, docentes, científicos y tecnológicos que funcionen en el país legalmente autorizados, cuando se trate de vehículos donados por gobiernos, entidades o personas extranjeras, sobre la base de convenios culturales o de asistencia técnica celebrados con el Gobierno de Colombia.
