° En virtud de lo dispuesto por el artículo 81 de la Ley 80 de 1993, los contratos que a partir de la promulgación de dicha ley deseen celebrar las cooperativas y asociaciones conformadas por entidades territoriales se sujetarán en su formación, ejecución, efectos, liquidación y demás aspectos pertinentes a la Ley 80 de 1993.
