Para tomar posesión de cualquier cargo oficial cuyo desempeño demande conocimiento de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica o profesiones afines, en cualquiera de sus ramas, o implique el ejercicio de una de dichas profesiones, la persona nombrada deberá presentar, ante el funcionario a quien corresponda darle posesión, su matrícula profesional. En el Acta de posesión, se dejará constancia del número de la matrícula, del Consejo Profesional que la hubiere expedido y de la especialidad del posesionado.
