Artículo veinte. Los gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, por medio de las Administraciones de Rentas o autoridades correspondientes, quedan en la obligación de vigilar en cooperación con las autoridades de higiene de policía o las que hagan sus veces, el fiel cumplimiento del Decreto - Ley 1839 de 1948 y el presente decreto reglamentario.
