Distribución del cupo de exportaciones. El cupo mencionado en el artículo anterior será asignado anualmente por la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), teniendo en cuenta los cupos de exportación autorizados para cada tipo de sustancia y para cada año.
