En el caso de que el responsable de cualquiera de los delitos previstos en este Capítulo, sin haber ejecutado acto alguno erótico-sexual restituyere voluntariamente a la persona raptada a su hogar o la depositare en lugar honesto, las penas se reducirán hasta la mitad, según los diversos casos.
