Requisitos Para Acceder A La Tarifa Especial Del Registro Mercantil: Para Acceder A La Tarifa Especial Por Los Servicios De Registro Mercantil Señalados En El Presente Decreto, Debe Cumplir Con Los Siguientes Requisitos: 1

Requisitos para acceder a la tarifa especial del registro mercantil: Para acceder a la tarifa especial por los servicios de registro mercantil señalados en el presente Decreto, debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Contar con matrícula mercantil en cualquier Cámara de Comercio.

Ser identificado corno una Mipyrne.

Haber renovado la matrícula mercantil al 2020.

Parágrafo

El requisito previsto en el numeral 3 del presente artículo, solo será exigible para los servicios de registro mercantil descritos en los numérales del 1 al 5 del artículo 2.2.2.46.2.3 del presente Decreto.
