Existe acaparamiento y le serán aplicables las sanciones establecidas por la ley para esta infracción, en todo caso de retención injustificada de azúcar por personas naturales o jurídicas, que no ofrezca libremente en el mercado o al público, cuando existan signos de deficiente abastecimiento de este producto o cuando se ofrezca en condiciones que dificulten, su compra en condiciones í de precio superior al fijado oficialmente
