ARTICULO 455 . Suspensión especial de la audiencia pública . La apelación interpuesta contra el auto que deniegue la práctica de pruebas en el juzgamiento no suspenderá el trámite, pero el inferior no podrá terminar la audiencia pública antes de que el superior resuelva. Para tal efecto suspenderá la diligencia cuando lo considere pertinente.
