Art. 5.° Para que no sea considerada como de contrabando la sal marina. Nacional ó extranjera, que desde el 1.° de Enero de 1883 se extraiga de las Aduanas del Atlántico, éstas expedirán guias sobre esqueletos impresos, firmados por el empleado que designe el Administrador, por todo bulto de sal que haya pagado el derecho de internacion ó el de importacion. Dichas guias expresarán el nombre de la oficiina, el peso, la fecha, el lugar de su destino, y sólo tendrán valor por tres meses contados desde dicha fecha.
