Los recursos para atender los gastos que requieran el Consejo Nacional y los Comités Seccionales de Técnicos Electricistas para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones del presente Decreto se obtendrán de los fondos que se recauden por concepto de donaciones, aportes y otros recursos que provengan del desarrollo de sus funciones.
