LA CLAUSURA TEMPORAL DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS consiste en impedir, por razones de prevención o control sanitario y por un tiempo determinado, las tareas que se desarrollen en un establecimiento, cuando se considere que están siendo violadas las normas del presente Decreto. La clausura podrá aplicarse sobre todo el establecimiento o parte del mismo.
