Artículo séptimo. Las sumas incluidas en este Presupuesto como rentas provenientes de las participaciones del veinte por ciento (20%) en los productos bruto de la "Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones", (Secciones de Cables y Radios, y de Teléfonos), serán consignadas por cuptas mensuales por la Empresa en la Tesorería General de la República.
