Artículo primero. Para celebrar cualquier reunión de carácter sindical se requerirá permiso del Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical, a cuyo efecto la organización que proyecte la reunión deberá solicitar el correspondiente permiso por lo menos con cinco (5) días de anticipación.
